Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

 

You can return or exchange your item(s) within 10days of the original purchase date. Patdoodles will gladly refund or exchange any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Please email us at Patdoodles@gmail.com to notify us about your return or exchange and we will be happy to work with you on your request.

Because of the nature of classes and digital products, there are no refunds or exchanges.

Refunds and Exchanges for Online Purchases

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or to the original form of payment you used for the purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customs duties and sales tax are not refundable for International orders. All SALE items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.  No refund will be issued for SALE items. All sets ( i.e. dress sets, bib sets, baby sets, etc.) must be returned as sets.

 

When making exchanges and returns, you are responsible for all shipping charges and fees. We recommend that all returns be sent with traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Patdoodles is not responsible for lost packages. Returns must be shipped prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Please make sure to provide us with the correct spelling and information when checking out.

 

Refunds for Online Purchases

Please allow up to four weeks for the processing of returns (Since most orders are processed through Paypal, refunds are usually credited within 3 days from when the returned item is received in our shipping department) . This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process your refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
